For every creator and every performer, FansUncensored keeps the proof of identity and age and the signed consent collected at verification. These records are stored privately and are never shown on a profile.

What is banned on FansUncensored
- Anyone under 18, or any content made to suggest a person is under 18.
- Content recorded or shared without the consent of every person in it.
- Violence, animals, incest themes, intoxication and drug use.
- Offers to meet in person, and payments taken outside the platform.
Reports, takedowns and privacy
A report link sits on every profile, post and message, and it works without an account. Reports about a possible minor or about missing consent are handled first, and the content comes down while it is reviewed. Suspected abuse material is preserved and reported to the hotlines named on our complaints page, and the account is closed.
Copyright owners can file a DMCA notice and have infringing copies removed. Creator ID documents and fan payment details are kept private and are used only for verification, records and billing.
Does every upload get checked?
Yes. Each file is screened automatically against known child sexual abuse material and our prohibited categories before it can go live. If the result is unclear, the file is held and then rejected rather than published.
Can another person appear in my content?
Yes, once that person has an identity and age check of their own and has signed a consent for the specific content. Uploads that show someone without a completed check stay unpublished.
Who can see explicit content?
Only signed in fans who have confirmed they are adults, and only on profiles they subscribe to or posts they unlocked. Visitors without an account see a profile preview with no explicit material.
What content is banned?
Anyone under 18 or content made to look like a minor, anything recorded or shared without consent, violence, animals, incest themes, intoxication and drugs, and every other category on our prohibited content list. One breach closes the account.
